From a young age, I always had a passion for writing. This involved the creation of poems, short stories, and even mini-scripts which I would coerce friends to act out with me.
As I got older, this love for writing grew, which led me to undertake work experience at a local newspaper as part of my mandatory school requirements. Sadly, I never pursued a degree in writing or journalism, something which I still regret.
In the last 18 months, I have developed my own freelance writing brand and website. From here, I sourced clients and began writing for profit, as well as on Bordering Bears itself. While much of this work involved ghostwriting, I also volunteered briefly for a video game website, to allow me to put my name to my prose.

Ver proofread my content, sorting out the punctuation, as I always forget commas! Some sentences were altered so that they sounded better, or were grammatically correct. Although I didn’t specify a deadline, my content was returned to me efficiently. Thank you so much! – B.S., proofreading.
If I had one word to describe Ver it would be ‘efficient’. Whether it’s replying to emails, updating work or sending over content well before the deadline, Ver is always on the ball. As well as being a strong communicator, Ver takes on board any feedback and even encourages it, showing her strong work ethic and the right attitude. Always a pleasure! – Imogen Green, marketing article creation.
